Lead an Inpatient Administration Team at Logan Hospital

Lead a dedicated inpatient administration team and help deliver high-quality support across Internal Medicine at Logan Hospital.

Your new role:

As the Administration Team Leader, you will coordinate, supervise and support a high-performing administration team across the Internal Medicine inpatient wards at Logan Hospital. You will play an important role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, strengthening data quality and supporting staff development while ensuring patients, visitors and clinical teams receive responsive and professional administrative support.

- Lead, support and develop the inpatient ward administration team, fostering a positive and customer-focused culture.
- Coordinate workloads, rostering, leave and day-to-day operational priorities to maintain continuity of service.
- Coordinate team meetings, onboarding and training for new staff.
- Provide hands-on administrative support during periods of high workload or staffing pressures.

About you:

We are looking for an experienced administration professional who can confidently lead a team, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in a busy healthcare environment. You will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build capability in others.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to delegate, prioritise and manage competing workloads.
- Experience identifying and resolving data entry and quality issues, including HBCIS and ESM.
- Ability to analyse data and contribute to quality improvement activities.
- Proven ability to train, support and build competence in others.
- Adaptability and an understanding of the healthcare environment and its changing priorities.
