About the Role:

This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people and their families. As Clinical Team Manager for the CAMHS North Community Team and Adolescent Mobile Outreach Service (AMOS), you will provide clinical and operational oversight of services that support young people experiencing mental health challenges, including those who face barriers to accessing care.

Working closely with the Clinical Director and Operational Director, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, provide clinical supervision and guidance, and support the ongoing development of staff and services. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring services remain responsive to the needs of the community.

The successful candidate will be an experienced mental health professional with robust clinical leadership skills and a commitment to recovery-oriented, evidence-based practice. You will support staff development through supervision and professional learning, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards,



and champion a culture of safety, collaboration and positive patient experiences.
