Ray White Port Augusta is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and enjoys being part of a supportive and positive team setting.
About the role

​You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and providing a high level of service to our clients and tenants.

Your role will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties

- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer experience

- Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance, including managing related invoices and accounts

- Managing rental arrears and supporting follow-up processes

- Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant selection and onboarding

- Supporting ingoing,



outgoing and routine property inspections, as well as open inspections

- Managing and prioritising multiple tasks effectively

Skills and Experience:

- Current driver's license

- Have access to your own vehicle

- ​Have your Property Managers Licence (Prefered but not essential)

- Confident, professional and approachable

- Possess an ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks

- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture

- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion

- Honesty, reliable and committed to doing the right thing

- Strong mindset and solutions focus.

Not currently licensed or experienced in property management?

That's okay! We are open to the right person and are willing to provide training and support for someone who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
