About the role

As a Support Worker, you may assist participants with daily living and household tasks, personal care and support, community access and social participation, appointments and activities, building independence and life skills, transport and getting out into the community, and providing person-centred support based on individual needs and goals.

You Will Need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent — or be willing to obtain one

- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, community services or a similar role is desirable

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- A current First Aid and CPR certificate

- A current Australian driver's licence

- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle

- The ability to obtain or provide an NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliability, punctuality and a genuine commitment to supporting people with disability

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
