This isn't your typical collections role. You'll work directly with small business owners, helping them navigate challenging financial situations while developing tailored repayment solutions that deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved.

No collections experience required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

What you'll be doing

- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer conversations
- Building strong rapport with small business owners
- Understanding customer circumstances and identifying suitable repayment solutions




- Negotiating positive outcomes with empathy and professionalism
- Overcoming objections and handling challenging conversations confidently
- Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
- Recording customer interactions through Salesforce and internal systems
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

About you
We're looking for attitude, drive, and potential over industry experience.
You may be:

- A recent university graduate
- Working in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, recruitment, banking, or a contact centre environment
- Looking to build a long-term career within a growing fintech business
