About the Role

As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You will work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care.

- Multiple part-time positions available
- Opportunities across Palmwoods, Coolum, Burnside and Nambour
- Morning, afternoon and night shifts available across a seven-day roster
- Flexible part time opportunities based on operational requirements

What You'll Do

- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support residents' emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
- Deliver care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Follow infection control and workplace health and safety practices
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Contribute to a safe, respectful and resident-focused environment

What You'll Need

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care,



or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in aged care
- Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality care

Mandatory Requirements

- National Police Check
- Pre-employment medical assessment
