At School Plus, we're looking for a passionate Service Leader to join our team at Braeview School.

This is a full-time, on-the-floor leadership role with 10 hours of dedicated admin time each week, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with children while leading and supporting a team of educators.

Working across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and inclusive workplace where children can learn, grow and belong.

- Lead and support a team of educators through coaching, mentoring and day-to-day guidance
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the school community
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based programs
- Oversee daily operations, compliance and quality practices
- Champion child safety and wellbeing in everything you do

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about leading people and creating positive experiences for children.

You'll have:

- A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Experience leading, mentoring or supporting educators within an OSHC, Early Childhood or education setting
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
