Our Melbourne team produces a high volume of video work to a consistent standard, and we are looking for an experienced editor to help us keep raising the bar.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced full time Video Editor to join our Melbourne team. This is an on site position based in our Ferntree Gully office.

You will edit a steady pipeline of content across real estate, social media and brand campaigns, turning raw footage into polished work that meets our standard every time. We move quickly and hold a consistent house style, so the ability to study a reference, replicate an edit and deliver accurately to brief is essential.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, works efficiently under deadline, and is genuinely driven to grow.

What You Will Be Doing

- Editing video content across real estate, social and brand work

- Matching established edit styles and holding a consistent standard across every project

- Working from references and briefs to replicate and adapt edits precisely





- Managing multiple projects at once and delivering on time

- Handling colour grading, sound, pacing and basic graphics to a high standard

- Collaborating with the production and account teams to refine and finalise work

- Contributing ideas that lift both the quality and the efficiency of our output

About You

- Proven experience as a video editor, ideally in an agency, media or production workplace

- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to match an existing style or reference precisely

- Efficient and organised, comfortable working at pace and to deadline

- Confident with industry standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Resolve Davinci

- Strength in colour grading, sound design or motion graphics is well regarded

- Reliable, adaptable and open to feedback

- A genuine drive to sharpen your craft and grow with the business
