Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will own the maintenance plan for our fleet and lead the people who deliver it. The job is to keep our plant protected, compliant and available, and to keep shifting the balance from breakdown work to planned work.

The role works a 4 days on / 3 days off roster based at our Perth office, with travel to our Pilbara and regional sites for shutdowns, audits and breakdown support.

You will:

• Build and publish the weekly schedule, monthly plan and 12-week look-ahead for all crushing, screening, mobile plant and truck assets

• Schedule preventive maintenance in our maintenance system (Fleetmex) and drive PM and schedule compliance

• Plan shutdowns and major works end to end – scope, job packs, parts kitting, labour, tooling and contractors





• Forecast wear part and major component change-outs using wear measurement, condition monitoring and component life tracking

• Lead and coordinate maintenance supervisors, tradespeople and contractors to execute the plan to OEM, statutory and client standards

• Work with purchasing on critical spares, stock holdings and parts expediting

• Keep every machine site-compliant – pre-mobilisation inspections, statutory inspections and current machine files

• Track downtime and report on availability, MTBF, MTTR, backlog and maintenance cost, and lead root cause analysis on repeat failures

• Manage the maintenance budget, warranty claims and OEM technical issues
