Working within approved Case Management Guidelines, you will provide face-to-face, community-based early intervention support that is flexible, responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

In this role, you will empower victim-survivors to enhance their safety, wellbeing, and overall life outcomes by providing timely support, advocacy, and connections to relevant services and community networks. Your work will focus on early intervention strategies that help prevent the escalation of violence and reduce the need for crisis responses.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with the Team Leader and Community Development Worker to achieve positive outcomes for victim-survivors and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management support to victim-survivors.
