Position Title: Disability/Mental Health Support Worker
Reports to: Service Manager

Join All About Recovery, a NDIS provider delivering high quality supports across Disability, Mental Health, Forensic Mental Health, Supported Independent Living (SIL), In Home Services and Complex Care.
About the Role:
You will provide person centred support to participants with diverse and complex needs, including:
- Forensic and Behaviour Support (including Restrictive Practice)
- High Intensity and 24/7 care
- Personal care, skill building and community access
- Support within Supported Independent Living (SIL) and other accommodation settings
- Maintain accurate records, shift notes and incident reports.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families and the wider care team.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in Mental Health and /or the Disability sector
- Capacity to work flexible hours (weekdays, weekends, sleepovers and active nights)
- Compassion, Reliability, and Solid Professional Boundaries
- Enrolled in or completed Certificate III in Individual Support, Disabilities or Mental Health (minimum).
- Current CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Orientation Module.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) if supporting children.
- Current National Police Check (Preferred)
- Current Australian driver’s licence - Reliable insured vehicle or ability to use company vehicles.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia (or visa with 24+ hrs/week).
Preferred
- First Aid (HLTAID011) certification (can be obtained after hire).
