YOUR ROLE

As a Pricing & Quoting Administrator, you will support our Air & Ocean business by coordinating and preparing accurate, competitive and timely customer quotations.

Working closely with Pricing, Product, Operations and Business Development teams, you will gather rates and service information, prepare quotes, maintain pricing data and support RFQs and tenders.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid attention to detail, numerical confidence and an interest in developing their career within freight forwarding and commercial pricing.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

- Prepare and coordinate Air and Ocean freight quotations
- Obtain and consolidate rates, surcharges and service information from internal teams, carriers and service providers
- Maintain accurate pricing data, rate schedules and supporting documentation
- Support RFQs and tender activity through rate collection, data entry and document preparation
- Review quotation inputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Coordinate day-to-day pricing enquiries with Product, Operations and Business Development teams
- Follow up outstanding pricing requests and actions to support timely customer responses
- Maintain quotation histories, customer-specific rates and other pricing records
- Prepare routine pricing reports and data extracts
- Support continuous improvement of pricing and quotation processes

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable working with detailed information in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, pricing, freight forwarding or a similar commercial support role
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across different teams
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused mindset.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
