Wespine Industries Pty Ltd is the leading plantation softwood sawmilling company with its operations based 15 minutes from Bunbury in Dardanup West. Successful candidates will be offered a full time position, working 45 hours per week with 1 week of dayshift, followed by 1 week of nightshift.

Our Timber Processors work 4 days per week to support good work/life balance.

All of our Timber Processors are responsible for:

- Following safe work practices.

- Processing timber on an automated line.

- Maintaining a neat and tidy work environment.

- Manual handling of various timber products.

- Ensuring all aspects of product quality are met

- Meeting performance and safety targets.

- Gaining a strong understanding of the production process.





About you:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment will be highly regarded, but not essential.

- Capable of completing practical tasks and following specified work instructions.

- A desire to learn and high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.

- A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.

- Prior experience working shift work would be of benefit

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test.

- Must be able to obtain a clean national police clearance.
