About the Role

We are seeking a permanent part-time employee for up to 32 hours per week, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

You will support our sales team by assisting when there is more than one customer in-store, handling chemical, parts and accessory sales, and helping with the general upkeep of the showroom.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. It is about providing great customer service and freeing up our main sales consultant to focus on spa and swim spa customers. You will also assist with basic administration and help keep the showroom clean, organised and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve walk-in customers purchasing parts, chemicals and accessories

- Assist the main sales consultant when there are multiple customers in-store

- Process basic sales and complete associated administration





- Perform light cleaning and general showroom upkeep

- Help maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment

What We’re Looking For

- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential

- A friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to help

- Reliability and punctuality

- Good communication skills

- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a small team

- Comfortable working some weekends as required
