Working as part of an allocated theatre team, you will be primarily required to assist and provide support to colleagues in orthopaedic lists and relieve in other theatre lists as required delivering high care nursing services to our patients.

Our nine operating theatres, including three newly renovated ones, cover specialties such as Orthopaedics, Plastics, Gynaecology, Urology, Pain Management, and Oral and General surgical procedures.

Essential Criteria
- Ability to demonstrate and work within the Bethesda Health Care Values at all times.
- Registered Nurse qualification and current National registration
- Current Police Check (no more than 6 months old) and Working with Children Check
- Minimum of 12 months /scrub /scout experience in a hospital theatre environment
- Ability to demonstrate current Best Practice in Nursing
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
- Knowledge and respect for workplace safety
- Specialisation/experience in Orthopaedics is desirable
Theatres currently operate Monday to Friday. Shift length can vary and include afternoon shifts.
