Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Admin Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable
- Perform reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Set up and maintain new supplier accounts in the system.
- Support the team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and process regular payment runs.
Ideal candidate
- Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
- Immediately available.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive can do attitude.
