Production Scheduler / Workflow Coordinator | NOR

Our client is a growing steel framing business based NOR, with a strong pipeline of work driven by continued growth and Perth’s current brick shortage.

Due to continued growth, this is a newly created role. They are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Production Coordinator to take ownership of the production workflow and help keep a high-volume operation running smoothly.

The role:
• Schedule and coordinate high-volume production
• Manage multiple jobs, priorities and deadlines
• Update Monday.com and track job progress
• Coordinate vehicles, materials and deliveries
• Liaise with production, detailing and dispatch

About you:
• 2+ years’ scheduling / production coordination experience




• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Monday.com experience advantageous
• Construction, manufacturing or building products experience highly regarded

$70K–$90K + Super | NOR | Full time | Immediate start
