We are looking for a hands-on Change Analyst / Consultant to support a major Oracle HCM implementation, with Phase 1 covering Core HR, Learning and Recruitment.

The organisation is moving from largely manual HR processes to a recent HCM platform, which will be rolled out to approximately 600 employees.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong functional HR experience and has moved into business change. Oracle HCM experience isn't essential — we're more interested in someone who understands people, processes and systems and can work closely with the business.

Key responsibilities

- Run workshops with HR and business stakeholders
- Review current and future-state processes
- Validate change impact assessments
- Identify business and people impacts
- Develop and deliver coaching and training




- Support business readiness and the rollout to 600 employees
- Work closely with stakeholders to embed new processes and ways of working

About you We're looking for someone who is:

- From an HR functional background with change experience
- Hands-on and comfortable working directly with people
- Experienced in process improvement and business change
- Confident running workshops and engaging stakeholders
- Comfortable developing training and coaching users through change

Oracle HCM experience is not essential.
Location: Adelaide
Work arrangement: 2–3 days onsite per week
