The Role

Reporting directly to the Club Manager, you will be the face of our club. Your primary focus will be driving membership sales, welcoming members, and ensuring an exceptional, high-energy experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

- Growth & Sales: Handing inbound inquiries, conducting club tours, and converting prospects into passionate members.

- Member Experience: Providing a welcoming environment at the front desk and supporting members on their fitness journeys.

- Community & Marketing: Assisting the Club Manager with local outreach, in-club events,



and creating engaging social media content.

- Club Standards: Maintaining top-tier club presentation, hygiene, safety, and basic administrative tasks.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills - you love talking to people!

- A proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset.

- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others.

- Digital savviness for assisting with social media engagement.

- Flexibility to work casual hours and some evening - must be available Saturdays.
