We’ve got a full-time Customer Service spot to fill in our tight-knit team! You’ll have a real interest in clothing and the apparel industry and love delighting customers. On the job, full training will be provided.

This position reports to the Customer Experience Team Leader and involves:

- creating the best customer experience for our customers

- providing customers with advice and guidance on our product range

- processing orders





- ensuring urgent orders are quickly processed

- generating increased sales from customers

- answer customer queries as quickly as possible i.e. stock availability, online order setups, delivery information

- processing returns

You’ll have:

- experience providing excellent customer services over the phone and email

- excellent communication skills, verbal and in written

- a friendly and warm nature and enjoy helping others

- very positive organisation skills

- good problem-solving skills

- a flexible approach, able to change gears as the situation calls for it

- a team approach – happy to cover for others in the team

- computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate level
