We’re inviting reliable Labourers and Forklift Operators to join our JobFit™ Challenge for a national stormwater solutions provider establishing a new precast concrete yards in Sydney. This is hands‑on construction work supporting major infrastructure projects across NSW.

?️ The Prospect
You’ll be supporting the manufacture and movement of precast concrete panels used in stormwater treatment systems. This is a physical, site‑based role ideal for people who enjoy active work and being part of a tight‑knit team.

Labourers

- Preparing and pouring concrete moulds
- Stripping and preparing moulds for re‑pour
- Lifting and handling concrete products
- General yard and site support
- Following all safety procedures

Forklift Operators

- Operating 12‑tonne forklifts to load precast slabs onto trucks
- Labouring support (this role is approx. 80% labouring / 20% forklift)
- Jib and chain experience highly regarded

⏰ Hours & Roster

- Monday to Friday




- 38 hours per week (8–10 hour days)
- Current hours: 7:00am – approx. 4:00pm
- Future early shifts may apply:
- 4:00am – 12:30pm
- 5:00am – 1:30pm
- 6:00am – 2:00pm

- Overtime available
- Christmas shutdown: 20 Dec – 13 Jan

- Previous labouring or Trade Assistant experience
- White Card (mandatory)
- Forklift licence required for forklift roles
- Physically fit and safety‑focused
- Reliable, hard‑working and team‑oriented
- Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
