Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing stock in our Riverview warehouse, operating a 16-ton forklift to handle concrete precast items.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations:

- Efficiently manage stock, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

- Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or dispatch.

- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain inventory records.

- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, secure, and organized at all times.

- Forklift Operation:

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload goods.

- Inspect forklifts regularly to ensure they are in safe working condition.

- Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

- Follow relevant road safety regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

- Licenses and Certifications:

- Current and valid Australian driver’s license (HR or MR preferred).





- Forklift license (LF).

- Experience:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations and forklift operations.

- Experience in dispatch software, stock control software, or CRM use is advantageous.

- Skills and Attributes:

- Construction background preferred but not required.

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a proactive attitude.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and a positive personality.

- Good communication skills and phone manners for dealing with clients.

- Someone who enjoys being a people person.
