About the role:

CSR seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, product adoption, and profitability across the Residential, Merchant, and Commercial segments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across our Auckland locations in Penrose and Takanini, partnering with sales teams, customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and business growth.

Reporting into the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive demand across multiple channels. You'll combine market insights, campaign management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance our market position and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute segment-specific marketing strategies and annual plans.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
- Create engaging marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, digital content, videos, and sales tools.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, merchants, retailers,



and key industry stakeholders.
- Support sales teams with marketing resources, insights, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Develop and optimise channel strategies to improve customer reach and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Utilise data and analytics to drive decision-making and maximise return on investment.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within construction, building products, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- A collaborative approach with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Working knowledge of the building industry, products, and customer channels.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
