About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimising paid digital media activity across TTI's portfolio of brands. You will manage in-house digital and social advertising campaigns while supporting the implementation of agency-managed activity.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role covering platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You will use audience insights, platform trends and campaign performance data to continually improve targeting and media outcomes.

Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads

· Deliver paid advertising campaigns within agreed budgets and timeframes

· Identify platform trends and emerging paid media opportunities that support brand and commercial objectives

· Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance using audience insights and key metrics, including engagement,



reach and conversions.

· Prepare regular performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

· Build strong relationships with internal teams, agency partners and external stakeholders to support successful campaign delivery.

What You Bring

· A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing, or significant relevant industry experience
· At least five years' experience in paid media planning and buying across digital channels
· Experience across both B2C and B2B marketing environments is advantageous
· Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google, together with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Qlik
· A successful track record managing multiple brand advertising accounts with monthly media spend of $10,000 or more
· Experience managing social media campaigns within a large B2C organisation
· Experience working with agencies and building effective stakeholder relationships
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign information into clear, commercially focused recommendations
· An optimisation-led mindset with the ability to continually improve creative, targeting and media performance
