About The Role;

- Manage a local residential portfolio - Bayside/Inner-South
- Dedicated Leasing Support for Open for Inspections
- Flexibility to work from home 1 day per week
- Saturday Roster (1 in 5) only to assist with overflow at peak times
- Supportive & Experienced Leadership team
- Outstanding systems & processes in place
- Fantastic collaborative team culture

Salary up to $95K+Super (dependant on experience)

About You;

- 3+ Years experience managing your own residential portfolio




- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Reliable car & drivers licence
