About the Role

As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both our new and used vehicle operations by:

- Presenting tailored finance, insurance, warranty and protection products.
- Building strong relationships with customers and creating a seamless purchase experience.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise finance and aftermarket penetration.
- Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Maintaining compliance with all lending and dealership requirements.
- Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to achieve dealership objectives.

- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Consultant or Business Manager.
- Proven success across finance, insurance, warranty and aftermarket products.
- A strong record of achieving and exceeding dealership performance targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
- A customer-first mindset combined with a strong commercial focus.
