Forrestania Resources

Perth

Forrestania Resources Ltd (ASX: FRS) is a Western Australian gold company advancing towards production through a growing portfolio of gold projects across the Forrestania, Southern Cross and Eastern Goldfields regions.

Following the completion of its acquisition of the Edna May Gold Project in September 2026, FRS now holds a combined global gold Mineral Resource of approximately 2,078,000 ounces. The acquisition adds an established 2.9Mtpa CIL processing plant near Westonia, giving the Company a second processing hub in Western Australia alongside its Lake Johnston facility, which is currently under construction. FRS also recently achieved a first ore milestone at its British Hill deposit.

Led by a refreshed and experienced board, FRS is strategically expanding its footprint across the Southern Cross, Eastern Goldfields and Forrestania regions through disciplined exploration, selective acquisitions and a commitment to unlocking the broader potential of these highly prospective belts. With two processing hubs now in hand — the wholly-owned Lake Johnston facility, acquired in late CY2025, and the newly acquired Edna May plant — FRS is well positioned to accelerate its transition towards becoming a significant Western Australian gold producer. In the Southern Cross district, the Company is advancing a strategy to define significant gold resources that can support long-term development opportunities. FRS is dedicated to creating shareholder value through systematic exploration, strong technical execution and a focused approach to growing its gold asset base across Western Australia.
