Range Ford is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warranty Clerk to join our dealership in Maddington.

As part of the Regent Motors Group, Range Ford is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. This role is responsible for accurately processing manufacturer warranty claims, maintaining complete records and ensuring all claims comply with Ford and dealership requirements.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Checking, verifying and processing manufacturer warranty claims

- Ensuring claims are submitted accurately and within required timeframes

- Reviewing repair orders and technician reports for completeness and compliance

- Accurately recording labour times, parts and supporting claim information

- Following up outstanding warranty repair orders with service personnel

- Maintaining organised warranty records, claim documents and parts

- Tagging, storing and disposing of warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

- Providing information regarding factory campaigns and safety recalls

- Liaising with the Workshop Foreman, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department and manufacturers

- Staying up to date with Ford warranty policies and procedures

- Participating in manufacturer training and communicating relevant updates to the aftersales team

- Identifying opportunities to improve warranty processes and claim outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:





- At least two years of warranty administration experience, preferably within a franchise dealership

- A sound understanding of automotive parts, servicing and vehicle terminology

- Strong administrative, data-entry and computer skills

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- A professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills

- The ability to remain composed and work effectively in a busy environment

- A professional attitude and willingness to undertake ongoing training
