We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join their operations based in Sydney’s west. This role represents an opportunity to broaden your horizons with full training provided to develop a set of technical skills which are well sought-after.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your duties will include:

- Installation and commissioning of new machinery on customer sites
- Planned service and maintenance activities
- Attending to breakdown situations as required
- Providing excellent customer service including end user training
- Completion of timely and accurate service reports

Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Trade/tertiary qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or electronic trade




- Previous Field Service experience in an industrial environment
- At a minimum, the ability to obtain a Restricted Electrical Licence. An A-Grade licence is a distinct advantage
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- A manual driver licence
