Physiotherapist – Join a Growing Allied Health Team at Pennwood Aged Care Services

$85,000 – $115,000 per year plus super, plus travel allowance, plus salary sacrifice benefit.

Full-Time | Part-Time

About the Role

You will work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering person-centred services across aged care, restorative and community environments.

The role may include:

- Mobility & transfer assessment

- Balance & falls risk assessments

- Multiple outcome measure administration i.e DEMMI, SPPB for tracking functional progress

- Individualised rehabilitation with graded loading, falls-prevention strategies and group exercise class facilitation

- Post falls review

- Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, including attending multidisciplinary case conferences alongside doctors, pharmacists and allied health staff, contributing to discharge planning, care pathways and clinical decision-making

- Manual handling assessments and care staff education

- Reablement and restorative interventions

About You

We are looking for people who have:

- Work experience in community aged care, experience working with TCP clients is desirable but not essential





- Passionate about older people and quality care

- Practical, collaborative and compassionate

- Strong communicators

- Open to innovation and service improvement

- Registered with AHPRA
