Are you an experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity with an established aged care provider?

We are currently recruiting for a Facility Manager to lead a residential aged care facility located near North Ryde.

This is an chance to take ownership of a well-established nursing home, leading a strong clinical and care team while working within an experienced organisational structure.

The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, performance and quality of the home.

You will be supported by a clear leadership structure:

- Facility Manager
- Care Manager
- Registered Nurses
- Care Staff

You'll have the opportunity to lead from the front, develop your clinical leadership team and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support.

About You

We're looking to speak with experienced aged care leaders who are ready to take ownership of a residential aged care service.

To be considered, you will need:

- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facility Manager / Home Manager in Residential Aged Care
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and quality within RAC
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full Australian working rights
