About the role

This position has arisen due to continual growth and recent projects won. You will be working alongside an excellent Senior Project Manager and will be managing an experienced site team.

You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities such as site set out, reading plans, managing and coordinating the trades, ordering materials and making sure all WH&S; standards are adhered to.





As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the performance and delivery on site to ensure successful delivery of projects.

You will be delivering a $10M Commercial project from start to completion.

The requirements

- Carpentry background or Construction Management Degree

- 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor

- Commercial or Industrial recent build experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem solving skills

- Good management skills with the ability to motivate and drive

- Excellent Document Control skills with Procore
