CASAIR is seeking motivated and safety-focused Airline Services Operators to join our professional ground operations team at Jandakot Airport. This role is a full-time position.

This is more than a general ground crew position. It is a hands-on operational role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset directly support the secure and efficient operation of our aircraft across Western Australia.

The Role

Based at Jandakot Airport, the Airline Services Operator plays a key role in aircraft dispatch, arrival, and ground handling activities.

This full-time role is predominantly Monday to Friday. Shifts typically commence in the early morning or early afternoon, with occasional weekend work depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain aircraft cleanliness and presentation, both internally and externally

- Perform manual handling tasks, including baggage and cargo loading





- Safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, and aircraft tugs, including aircraft towing

- Provide ground support services, including ground power unit connection and disconnection

- Assist with timely and safe aircraft dispatch and arrival activities

- Service and maintain Ground Service Equipment (GSE) and company vehicles

- Assist maintenance engineers with hangar duties and trade assistant tasks

- Use hand and power tools as required

Skills & Experience

- Competence in operating plant and equipment (mandatory)

- Current motor vehicle driver’s license (mandatory)

- Forklift license (desirable)

- Dangerous Goods Certificate (desirable)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong safety awareness and a professional attitude
