An established commercial construction company is looking for a mid-level Contract Administrator to join their Brisbane team.

This is a excellent opportunity for a CA with around 3–4 years’ Contract Administration experience who is looking to take the next step within a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of new-build projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience across new build commercial projects valued between $5m–$30m and be confident managing contracts from procurement through to project completion.

About You

We’re looking for someone with approximately 5-7 years’ experience in the construction industry, including ideally 3–4 years in a Contract Administrator position.

- Robust experience across new-build commercial construction projects
- Experience working on projects in the $5m–$30m range
- Jobpac and Procore experience is essential
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills




- The ability to work closely with both site and project teams
- A proactive approach and the confidence to manage your own packages

The Role

- Manage the commercial and contractual administration of projects from start to finish
- Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, variations, progress claims, EOTs and other contract documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial reporting
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor negotiations and project handover
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure contractual obligations are met
