Western Aire Mechanical Services Pty Ltd, is seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintenance solutions to our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on system performance and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business through exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify issues efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Commitment to safety and a high standard of work quality
