The Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their real estate career who wants more than just an administrative position. You’ll be immersed in a successful sales environment, learning how a top-performing team operates while building your skills across prospecting, client relationships, sales administration and property campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with incoming sales enquiries
- Supporting the team with sales administration
- Prospecting for new business and potential listings




- Preparing open home packs, signage and marketing materials
- Assisting with Saturday open homes
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities
- Preparing settlement gift packs for clients
- Conducting client follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate property and client information
- Providing additional support throughout sales campaigns

About You

We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, confident with people and genuinely excited about building a successful career in real estate.
You will ideally have:

- Some junior real estate experience OR be an exceptional entry-level candidate
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A proactive, energetic and positive attitude
- The drive to learn, develop and progress within sales
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
