We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work in Adelaide, Perth or Sydney to provide legal counsel, trusted advice & strategic business partnering.

The Opportunity

- Lead management of legal disputes, investigations and external legal advisers

- Provide strategic legal, governance, compliance & risk management leadership to the organisation

- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to:

- Support business objectives & protect the organisation's interests

- Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory obligations

- Oversee corporate governance & company secretarial activities

- Enable effective decision-making across the business

- Develop & continuously improve legal frameworks, policies & contract management processes

- Act as Company Secretary for the Board, Board Committees & subsidiary entities

About you - Essential

- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

- Admitted Australian Legal Practitioner

- Current unrestricted practising certificate

- Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)

- Demonstrated experience providing legal, commercial, governance & regulatory advice to senior stakeholders

- Accepting of regular interstate travel

- Current work rights in Australia
