THE ROLE

Depending on your level of experience, your role will include:

- Managing plaintiff Personal Injury matters from initial instructions through to resolution;

- Exposure across CTP, WorkCover, public liability and other compensation matters;

- Drafting correspondence, court documents and advice;

- Liaising directly with clients, insurers, medical professionals and other stakeholders;

- Attending conferences, mediations and settlement discussions; and

- Working closely with senior lawyers while continuing to develop your technical and client management skills.

ABOUT YOU





You will be an admitted Lawyer with 3 years PAE + with experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and a genuine interest in building your career within this space. More importantly, you will be someone who is personable, compassionate and commercially minded, with the ability to build trust with clients who are often navigating difficult circumstances.
