About the role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscape - Team Lead to lead our construction crews and take ownership of day-to-day delivery on site. You'll be the vital link between our Construction Manager and the field crew — planning the work, leading the team, and making sure every site is delivered safely, on programme, and to a standard we're proud of.

Key responsibilities

- Working day to day with the crews, providing hands-on leadership and training.

- Lead and coordinate landscape construction crews day to day

- Allocate tasks, set priorities and keep production on track

- Check quality as work progresses and fix issues before they compound

- Coordinate materials, plant and equipment for upcoming work

- Report progress, issues and variations to the Construction Manager

- Represent the company professionally with clients and other trades

About you

- Solid hands-on experience in landscape or civil construction

- Proven ability to lead and get the best out of a crew

- Confident reading drawings and specifications





- Positive communicator — comfortable escalating issues early

- Organised, practical, and calm under pressure on site
