Core Talent is partnering with a forward-thinking commercial HVAC contractor looking to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to their growing team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys commercial service work but wants the stability of reliable contracts, a genuinely good team culture, and the autonomy to get on with their job without being micromanaged.

You’ll be working across a strong portfolio of established commercial sites, including aged care facilities, medical centres and other commercial buildings.

The Role

- Service, maintenance and fault finding across commercial HVAC systems
- Work across established aged care, medical and commercial contracts
- Predominantly South and Eastern suburbs
- No travelling across to the West or North – keeping your work locally contained
- Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Build strong relationships with site and facility managers
- Manage your own workload and day with plenty of autonomy

About You

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician who is confident working independently across commercial service and maintenance.
You’ll ideally have:

- Relevant Refrigeration & Air Conditioning trade qualification
- Current ARCtick licence
- Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Experience working across commercial facilities
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Current driver’s licence
- A reliable, professional approach to your work
