This client-side digital marketing role will suit a Melbourne-based talent with a track record of managing B2B client portfolios across SEO/SEM, paid, and social media campaigns. Skilled in market research and converting campaign data into clear strategic recommendations and transparent reporting, you will be comfortable managing multiple accounts and project timelines.

You have proven stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills across various B2B industries.

Based in Melbourne's inner-west, this growing company now seeks a Digital Executive or newly appointed Manager with 3-4+ years' experience in paid and performance media. You will be able to plan, coordinate, and execute the digital marketing and DTC eComm activities of a brand.

You are familiar with Shopify, and are a wordsmith when it comes to writing copy for eDMs. Daily tasks will include coordinating paid media activity, email marketing, website operations, digital reporting, agency management, trade marketing support, and brand activation initiatives to drive customer engagement, online sales, and brand growth.

Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders (agency partners), the successful Digital Executive/Manager will ensure digital and eCommerce initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently across all customer touch-points.

The Opportunity:

- Support the Brand Activation Manager in evaluating digital campaign effectiveness
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external agency partners
- Coordinate campaign briefs, creative requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Support paid media activity across Meta & Google




- Monitor campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics
- Coordinate asset approvals and ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand and commercial objectives
- Attend agency meetings, document actions, and follow up on deliverables
- Support budget tracking and campaign optimisation discussions
- Manage the email marketing calendar across consumer and trade audiences
- Coordinate the creation, testing, scheduling, and deployment of eDM campaigns
- Maintain audience segmentation and customer databases
- Support the implementation and optimisation of automated email journeys
- Assist with SMS marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting insights and recommendations

You:

- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Sponsorship is not available for this role
- Have at least 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a marketing coordinator role
- Have experience managing or coordinating paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, or similar platforms
- Have experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar systems
- Have an understanding of digital marketing metrics, including ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and email performance metrics
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have solid attention to detail and administrative capability
- Have the ability to analyse marketing performance data and prepare reports
- Are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
