About your new employer:

About the role:

- Oversee lender-side finance transactions from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with client requirements
- Supervise the progression of matters, review work, identify and escalate complex issues and work closely with senior members of the practice to ensure transactions are delivered to a consistently high standard
- The role will involve regular interaction with lenders, borrowers, brokers and other transaction stakeholders

The ideal candidate:

- Senior Associate or Special Counsel with experience in banking & finance, secured lending, mortgage transactions or a closely related area
- Strong technical and organisational skill
- Excellent attention to detail and a sound understanding of the processes required to take a lending transaction through to settlement
- Experience acting for private lenders,



non-bank lenders or financial institutions will be highly regarded
- Commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable operating in a rapid-paced transactional environment where responsiveness and accuracy are critical
