Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a Perth-based manufacturer specialising in modular homes, timber and light-steel frames, trusses, and flooring systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily production, quality, safety and people across assigned bays or production lines. You’ll work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to deliver production targets while helping build stronger systems and processes for the future.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading a team of 8+ and managing daily production output
- Allocating tasks and ensuring materials and drawings are ready
- Monitoring quality, production and safety standards
- Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Maintaining standard work and 5S across production areas
- Managing attendance, performance and team development
- Conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Identifying issues early and reporting production delays
- Completing daily production and performance reports

What you’ll need:

- 5+ years’ experience in timber frame,



light-steel framing, modular or residential construction
- 2+ years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor
- Experience leading diverse or multicultural production teams would be highly regarded
- Experience leading a team of 8 or more
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
