As we continue to evolve and strengthen our financial performance capabilities, we're looking for a commercially minded Senior Management Accountant to join us in a permanent full-time role and play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making and business performance across the organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Management & Strategic Reporting, you will be a trusted finance partner responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, forecasting and commercial insights. This is an opportunity to operate as a senior leader within the Finance team, influencing business outcomes through analysis, advice and strategic support.

As a permanent member of the team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing meaningful financial insights, driving performance improvement initiatives, supporting strategic projects and contributing to the ongoing development of finance capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end financial reporting, analysis and performance commentary.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.

- Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis.

- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Partner with leaders across the business to improve financial performance and accountability.

- Identify risks, opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives.

- Support finance transformation projects, systems enhancements and reporting improvements.

- Mentor and develop team capability while maintaining strong governance and reporting standards.

- Act as a delegate for the Head of Management & Strategic Reporting when required.

About You





You are a commercially astute finance professional with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will bring:

- CA or CPA qualification.

- Significant experience in management accounting, FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering roles.

- Strong experience leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.

- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.

- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.

- Experience developing finance capability through coaching, mentoring and leadership.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and reporting systems.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong commercial acumen.
