THE ROLE

Take ownership of client implementations for a growing technology product business. Coordinate people, plans, timelines and expectations to ensure clients successfully get up and running.
You'll be the person keeping things moving, spotting potential problems before they become actual problems.

In a nutshell, you'll:

- Own implementations from kick-off through to completion, managing plans, milestones, risks, issues and deliverables.

- Be the client go-to,



building relationships, managing expectations and making sure clients have a great experience.

- Bring people together, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects moving.

And because this is a small product business, you won't be handed a 47-page job description telling you exactly where your responsibilities begin and end. You'll need to be comfortable figuring things out.....

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're not looking for someone who has every PM certification under the sun. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Some experience coordinating projects, implementations, onboarding or client delivery. Ideally within technology, software or a professional services environment.

- A resourceful, hands-on approach. You're comfortable with ambiguity, happy to roll up your sleeves and don't need everything neatly outlined before you can get started.

- A collaborative mindset. You can contribute outside of your immediate remit, learning from others and taking ownership.

- Visa sponsorship is not available. You must have full working rights and be able to live and work in Brisbane.
