About the Role

As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of commercial refrigeration systems across our customer base.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in delivering quality work, and values being part of a business that is continually improving how it operates.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment

- Complete preventative maintenance and breakdown work

- Identify faults and provide practical solutions for customers

- Maintain accurate digital job records and reporting

- Work safely and professionally across a variety of sites

- Contribute to a workplace focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
Essential

- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Current Driver Licence

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Qualified communication and customer service skills
