TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Billing Officer to manage billing, invoicing and collections across our international group, spanning Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North America, Europe and the Philippines.
This is more than a traditional AR role. You'll play a key part in transforming our AR function, improving processes, automation and systems.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, AR and collections.
- Handle reconciliations, disputes, credit control and reporting.
- Support AR system implementation, testing and go-live.
- Improve, standardise and automate AR processes.
- Maintain strong data quality and support audit requirements.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' AR experience,
including billing and invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with AR transformation, process improvement or system implementation.
- Solid Excel and ERP skills — NetSuite, SAP, Xero, MYOB, Dynamics or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset focused on improving how things are done.
