Physio Professionals is seeking an experienced and confident Physiotherapist to join our established Buderim clinic on the Sunshine Coast.

We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical reasoning with excellent communication—someone who builds great patient relationships, clearly explains their findings and recommendations, and confidently guides patients through an appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plan.

About the Role

You'll manage a diverse private practice caseload with strong administrative support and access to quality rehabilitation facilities.

Your role will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions; developing and delivering evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans; hands-on physiotherapy and exercise prescription; small-group rehabilitation or exercise sessions where appropriate; collaborating with experienced clinicians; and maintaining high-quality clinical documentation.

About You

We're looking for a physiotherapist who is confident working independently in private practice while also enjoying being part of a team-oriented clinical team.





You'll have current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia, a Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent), solid private practice experience and strong clinical reasoning skills.

Importantly, you'll have strong communication skills and the confidence to clearly explain clinical findings, treatment recommendations and rehabilitation plans.

You'll take ownership of your caseload and patient outcomes, value continuity of care, and be receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.

What We Offer

You'll receive $90,000–$110,000 + super + performance bonuses, depending on experience, together with structured professional development and paid CPD support.

The position is full-time with no weekend or late-night work, strong patient demand and an established referral base.
