The Position

- Basic food preparation.
- Working a mix of shifts across cafe and functions.
- Basic operations of dishwashing
- Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests’ safety
- Be a ‘safety first’ advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!

The Person:

- Experience in bulk cooking,



whether in a hotel or café setting
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
- Basic operations of dishwashing machines, pot washing and general hygiene duties
