The Role As a Roof Cladding Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for supervising site crews while remaining actively involved in the installation of roofing and wall cladding systems.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading roofing and cladding teams on-site
- Coordinating daily project activities
- Installing roof and wall cladding systems
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Flashing fabrication and installation
- Maintaining safety,



quality and productivity standards
- Mentoring and supporting crew members
- Liaising with supervisors and project stakeholders

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 7+ years' experience in commercial roofing and cladding
- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience
- Strong drawing interpretation skills
- Experience with flashing detailing and installation
- Current Working at Heights (WAH) ticket
- Current EWP ticket
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to lead crews and deliver projects efficiently
